Arkansas Agriculture

Welcome to the Arkansas Agriculture Extension web site.

Agriculture is the state's largest industry. Arkansas is the number one rice producer in the US, number two in poultry and eggs, and number three in aquaculture and turkeys.  Other top crops are soybeans and cotton.

We provide research-based information to help Arkansans improve their economic well being and quality of life.  The site also gives information on conservation, safety, marketing, and other topics.
